Our Therapeutic Coaching programs are themed, very specific, and designed to ensure all individual needs are met.
We take full advantage of nature's healing in the Caribbean utilizing the land, sun, and sea for our exclusive, signature one-on-one Therapeutic Coaching, Group Coaching discussions, and activities.
Modalities include Sleep Therapy, Somatic Body Work, Earthing Pathways, Art Therapy, Reiki, Yoga, Guided Meditation, Energy Medicine Body Massage, EFT (tapping), and Meridian Tracing. Stress Release Massage, Hydrotherapy, and more.
And then there's LIME TIME! After all, we're in the islands. We have island tours, Catamaran dinners, Oistins Friday night fish fry and beach party, and more island surprises. Evening firepit cocktails and dancing on the beach. On-site unlimited fresh fruit smoothies and meals are included in your all-inclusive package,
It doesn't end here, your all-inclusive wellness retreat package includes three, one-on-one ninety-minute virtual coaching sessions, and three group sessions to keep you focused after you return home.
