You can become whole and enjoy wellness after trauma!


Trauma and life-altering events create a disconnect with everyone and everything. States of hyper-vigilance and numbness can cycle. Triggers can set off reactivity. Your spiritual life can suffer. You can feel detached, irritable, anxious and highly reactive in a myriad of ways.

We now know that trauma re-wires the brain in an attempt to protect you but it can actually harming you and holding you back from enjoying your life.

Traumas highjack our sense of well-being and true purpose. You may have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or Acute Stress Disorder. The good news is you have neuro-plasticity, which means your brain can recover and be restored. You can live well again or maybe for the first time.

Trauma doesn't have to define you. It can refine you. With reframing and proper processing, you can learn to reconnect with yourself and others. You can change the course of your life by focusing on the things that aid your healing. In doing so, the thoughts and reactivity that harm you will extinguish over time. You can find your value and purpose and move toward it.

Reset Your Sense of Safety and Resilience


This course was designed to facilitate your personal recovery at your pace. Your healing journey is sacred to you. Your story is unique. You, and only you, know how you feel and more importantly, how you want to feel. These lessons are an aid to your transformation. Trauma may have infiltrated every part of your life but you can change what it has done to you. That time was not lost or wasted. It can be processed with a new perspective.

You will learn what is operating in your body, mind, and spirit is subconsciously holding you to trauma responses. You will be shown how to employ the same trinity to reconnect with the good life you were born to have before anything bad happened to you. You can get past the past. You don't have to re-live your trauma or be constantly triggered by it.


These lessons employ spiritual guidance to help you tap into your powerfully healing connection with your spiritual source. You are meant to find restoration and resilience. This body, mind and spiritual guide is an aid to your personal process toward a holistic sense of protective safety and security.

You will be gently guided to your recovery in an individualized solution-focused approach. Brief and simple lessons about neuroscience and other biological, psychological and spiritual aspects of trauma will be explored. Guided meditations are in several lessons. Brief affirmations with music are available with every lesson.


These lessons include insights such as:


  • Learning to recognize triggers and gain self-regulation.


  • Guided imagery, creative and curative visualization, and grounding exercises.


  • Brief neuroscience education to help you understand and recondition physiologic responses, using EFT


  • Breaking the cycle of reenactment, re-victimization and rescuing behavior.

  • Forgiveness and vengeance in the context of your trauma.


  • Cleansing of guilt, shame and blame.


  • Dealing with family trauma.


  • Learning resilience and gaining neuroplasticity through creative expression.


  • Spiritual and emotional healing.


This course would also be a good guide for someone who is a Highly Sensitive Person, as it addresses the body, mind and spirit connection with proven and creative ways to expedite healing.

Starting today, you will receive a new lesson every day for 3 weeks (total of 21 lessons). Each lesson is yours to keep and you'll be able to refer back to it whenever you want.
